The video  about  Student – Centered learning. shows how to Learner get meaningful learning. Student is  the center of teaching and learning process  according to his  or  her requirements,   and the  teacher  cheered to learn. According to the video everyone have an environment in which they learn better.

a.       What is learner centered instruction?

Centered instruction is methodology  where the learning is focused in the student and his or  her process and also it stimulate students to be  active  and encourage them to accept responsibilities during  the learning process.

b.       What is the main role of the teacher in LCI?

In  the learner centered instruction the teacher is a facilitator, guide,  use adequate  activities   and encourage student   to  achieve his or  her  goals   and also the teacher has to recognize the progress of his  or  her student.

c. Explain the 4 key principles of student centered learning.

1.     Learning is personalized, it means that teachers must:

Understand how learners  learn  best.

2.     Learning is based in competency,   it allow them to show  what they know, as soon as they know it.

3.     Learning happens anytime, anywhere, Students understand  set expectations for all learning environments.

4.     Students take ownership,   it is a self-education  in which  students are be able to learn in an active way,  and the  teachers might find some inspiring ideas that they can use in their classrooms to get students thinking about their own learning, and quite possibly taking fuller ownership of it. Some of these may work better than others, depending on your students.
