a. What is learner centered instruction (LCI)?

L.C.I is focus on students way of learning based on the way about how students can learn, according with their interest, motivation, that is Teacher must create an environment where students like to learn and always they have to be involved in the learning process, teacher must select activities and find strategies where studentes can evaluate their own process of learning.

b. What is the main role of the teacher in LCI?

Teacher roles is to motivated students to accept their responsability for learning.

Teacher uses multiple teaching techniques appropriate for the students learning goals.

Teacher must decide activities in which students can interact each other, selecting materials, games, topics of interest of them.

Teacher  must encourage students to be confident of themselves trying to have ownership of they learning.

c. Explain the 4 key principles of student centered learning.

1.- Learning is personalized.-

Teachers has to know the strong and weak points of their students in this ways teacher maintain always a close relationship in the learning process of their students and prepare material according to the students needs.

2.- Learning is competency- based.-

The knowledge, skills  or information that students master are not only moving according to the curriculum, teachers has to respect the individual needs and challenges of  students.

3.-Learning happens anytime- anywhere.

Learning is not only inside the class, it takes place in all the discoveries they can  make around them. The environment is the place where they can be involved in any kind of learning, in this way learning is real when you  interchange informtion with a foreing person is real in this way students apply what their learn and put in practice outside the class.

4.- Students take owenership

Students play a direct role in their learning process and have to be concious of their progress trying to find  a future of success
