Learning is Personalize: The teacher should have a good relationship with the student because it helps the students in the learning teaching process.

Learning is competency-based:   The students develop their abilities and skills for the future.

Learning happens anytime, anywhere: The students learn outside and in the classroom.   In fact, they can learn all the time.
